Gather. Learn. Reconnect.

Our women’s health events are an invitation to step away from the noise and come home to yourself – in community, in nature, and in your body.

Whether you're joining us for yoga, a seasonal workshop, or a special retreat, each experience is designed to support your wellbeing with intention and care.

Special Events

Special Events

A special joint event from Paula Hindle and Alisa Craig offering embodied movement, yoga, breathwork, connection to nature and ceremony.

We are combining our monthly Yoga and Breathwork sessions for an end of year retreat, to step beyond the noise and open to love for the festive season ahead

Secure your place

Join us for an interactive event curated by Vera Wellness and Dr Joanna Kujawa, author of “The Other Goddess: Mary Magdalene and the Goddesses of Eros and Secret Knowledge”.

Step through the doors of our studio for an intimate retreat where medicine meets the mystical.

Engage with Dr Joanna, as she narrates through her literature how women can use the mysteries and archetypes of the goddess to empower their own lives.

Using this lens, our very own Dr Peta Wright and Dr Thea Bowler will follow and talk us through navigating our feminine life transitions (menarche, menstrual cycles, matrescence and menopause) and how to acknowledge, accept, and remember the healing power of the goddess in you.
