Mother Daughter Retreat

This retreat is designed for girls aged 8 to 13 years, with flexibility based on emotional maturity.

Especially meaningful for girls who are:

  • starting to show signs of puberty (breast buds, body hair, curiosity about periods)

  • beginning to ask questions about body changes or emotional shifts

  • approaching or have recently experienced their first period

Next Retreat: Friday 26th September 2025

Time: 12:30pm - 3:30pm

The first menstrual cycle is a sacred rite of passage into womanhood, and how it is supported can leave a lifelong imprint on a young person’s sense of self. In this gentle, joyful, and empowering Mother–Daughter Retreat, you’ll be guided by holistic pelvic health physiotherapist, Brooke DobΓ³, who specialises in educating young people about their growing bodies.

Together, you’ll explore the seasons of becoming and being a woman β€” from the emotional landscape of puberty to the self-care each menstrual phase calls for. This 3-hour retreat offers a heart-centred afternoon of feminine energy, body literacy, period positivity, and shared connection.

Through story, movement, creativity, and education, we celebrate this beautiful threshold with curiosity and confidence.
