What makes this experience unique is the combination of two healing modalities working together. These practices work to open the lungs and diaphragm for fuller, freer breathing, release stored stress and tension from the body, support nervous system regulation and awaken vitality.
The Inner Current offers a safe and nurturing environment to slow down, open up and come back into flow.
In today’s fast-paced world, chronic stress and tension can disrupt the body’s natural rhythms, often leading to shallow breathing, fatigue, anxiety and a sense of disconnection.
Blending ancient wisdom with modern nervous system healing practices, this immersive workshop is designed to open the lungs and diaphragm, clear stagnant energy from the body’s meridians and restore energetic flow throughout the body.
Through breath, movement and acupuncture, you’ll be guided into a space of deep restoration, where the body can soften, energy can move and healing can unfold naturally.
“For breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on earth.”
