1. Registration Fees:

a. Registration: If you have registered for The Inner Current and would like to submit a refund request, you are eligible for:

• A full refund of the registration fee until 7 days before event start date.

• Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

2. Refund Requests:

a. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Vera Wellness via email to marketing@verawellness.com.au

The request must include your full name, contact information, registration details, and the reason for the refund.

b. Refund requests will be accepted up to 7 days before the start of the event. Any requests received after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

c. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written refund request. Where refund is approved, the participant will be refunded the amount paid less any transaction or payment processing fees incurred in connection with the original booking and refund.

3. Registration Transfers:

a. All registration transfers to a future session of The Inner Current must be made in writing and sent to Vera Wellness via email to marketing@verawellness.com.au The request must include your full name, contact information, registration details, transfer date request, and the reason for the transfer.

4. Event Cancellation:

a. In the event that the session you have booked is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly.

b. If the event is cancelled, participants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee or transfer their registration to a future session of The Inner Current.

5. Substitutions:

a. If you are unable to attend The Inner Current, you may transfer your registration to another individual.

b. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing and sent to Vera Wellness via email at least 7 days before the event. The request must include the full name and contact information of the original participant and the substitute participant.

Please note that Vera Wellness reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy without prior notice. Any modifications to the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to registered participants.
