1. Registration Fees:

a. Early Bird Registration: If you have registered for the Vera Women’s Wisdom Summit during the early bird period and need to cancel, you are eligible for

·      A full refund of the registration fee until 28/07/2023.

·      A refund of 50% of the registration fee from 28/07/2023 – 28/09/2023

·      A refund of 25% of the registration fee from 28/09/2023 – 14/10/2023 

b. Standard Registration: If you have registered for the Vera Women’s Wisdom Summit during the standard registration period and need to cancel, you are eligible for

·      A full refund of the registration fee until 28/07/2023.

·      A refund of 50% of the registration fee from 28/07/2023 – 28/09/2023

·      A refund of 25% of the registration fee from 28/09/2023 – 14/10/2023

2.         Refund Requests:

a. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Vera Women’s Wellness via email to creative@verawomenswellness.com.au The request must include your full name, contact information, registration details, and the reason for the refund.

b. Refund requests will be accepted up to 14 days before the start of the event. Any requests received after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

c. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written refund request.

3.         Non-Refundable Items:

a. Sponsorship Fees: Any fees paid for sponsorship packages or promotional opportunities are non-refundable.

b. Accommodation and Travel Expenses: Vera Women’s Wisdom Summit is not responsible for any costs associated with accommodation, travel, or other expenses incurred by participants.

4.         Event Cancellation:

a. In the event that the Vera Women’s Wisdom Summit is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, participants will be notified promptly.

b. If the event is cancelled, participants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee or transfer their registration to a future Vera Women’s Wisdom Summit.

3.         Substitutions:

a. If you are unable to attend the Vera Women’s Wisdom Summit, you may transfer your registration to another individual.

b. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing and sent to Vera Women’s Wellness via email at least 7 days before the event. The request must include the full name and contact information of the original participant and the substitute participant.

Please note that Vera Women’s Wellness reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy without prior notice. Any modifications to the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to registered participants.
