Join Alisa Craig, our Breathwork Therapist and Emotional Healing Specialist, in a safe and supportive space where we come together to reconnect, restore and breathe.

In this powerful 3-hour women’s workshop, breathing together creates a powerful sense of connection and collective healing.

If you grew up with a mother who was emotionally unavailable, shut down, overwhelmed, or reactive, you may have learned very early to feel and notice everything in the room.

As children, we are highly attuned to our mother’s moods, energy and emotional states. We learn to read subtle cues, anticipate reactions, and adapt ourselves in order to maintain connection. Over time this often creates women who are incredibly perceptive, caring and intuitive — yet who also carry deep emotional sensitivity.

Perhaps you were called “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or “too much.”
But what if your empathy and sensitivity was never the problem?

In this workshop we explore the Sensitive Daughter Wound — the experience of growing up needing emotional connection from a mother who could not meet you there. We’ll gently unpack how this dynamic can shape your adult life: in relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and the way you carry responsibility for others’ feelings.

Together we’ll explore how to soften the old patterns of hyper-awareness and over-giving, while reclaiming your sensitivity as the powerful intuitive intelligence it truly is.

This is a space for women who feel deeply…
and who are ready to turn that depth into clarity, self-trust and strength.

What to bring & wear:

  • Portable Mattress (inflatable or folding camping style) – please bring one along as it is important that the body is very comfortable so full relaxation can occur. If you don't have one, please bring along extra blankets to lay over a yoga mat.

  • Water Bottle

  • Journal or notebook

  • Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move freely in and bring a long-sleeved top, as the studio air-con can feel a little cool

The session is gently paced to honour everyone’s needs. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are and experience the strength of shared breath in a safe and empowering space.
