Join Alisa Craig, our Breathwork Therapist and Emotional Healing Specialist, in a safe and supportive space where we come together to reconnect, restore and breathe.

In this powerful 3-hour women’s workshop, breathing together creates a powerful sense of connection and collective healing.

Theme: The Hidden Beliefs Running Your Life. Change the belief, change your life.  
Most of us are living our lives through beliefs we didn’t consciously choose. In breathwork we call these your "personal lie".

These lies that we have made up about ourselves are usually:
I’m not enough. I’m unlovable. I’m too much. I'm not valuable. 

These don’t just sit in the background—they run our lives. They shape how we show up in relationships, at work, what we tolerate, the opportunities we avoid, and how we speak to ourselves.

The challenge is that these beliefs live in the unconscious mind and nervous system, influencing our decisions and reactions without us realising. As Carl Jung famously said:

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

In this workshop we’ll bring those hidden beliefs into the light.

Through guided reflection and  breathwork, you’ll uncover the core belief that has been behind your choices and experiences. Once the pattern becomes visible, it loses its power—and real change becomes possible.

Together we’ll begin to rewire in a new belief—one that supports your worth, your voice and the life you want to create. Using breathwork and embodied practices, this new belief isn’t just something you think about… it’s something you begin to feel and integrate at the level of your nervous system.

When  you change the belief running your inner world, everything in your outer world shifts.

What to bring & wear:

  • Portable Mattress (inflatable or folding camping style) – please bring one along as it is important that the body is very comfortable so full relaxation can occur. If you don't have one, please bring along extra blankets to lay over a yoga mat.

  • Water Bottle

  • Journal or notebook

  • Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move freely in and bring a long-sleeved top, as the studio air-con can feel a little cool

The session is gently paced to honour everyone’s needs. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are and experience the strength of shared breath in a safe and empowering space.
