Radiant Rest is a half-day retreat devoted to rekindling your light through nervous system repair, gentle movement, and sacred self-return.
This is not about pushing through.
It’s about softening.
It’s about rebuilding capacity from the inside out — with care, science, reverence and slowness.
Through Polyvagal-informed yoga, somatic unwinding, restorative rest and deep nourishment, you’ll experience what happens when the body feels safe enough to let go, to breathe, to receive.

restorative yoga + yoga nidra
nervous system education for burnout recovery
breathwork + somatic regulation tools
spacious stillness, reflection + reconnection

Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move freely in and bring a long-sleeved top, as the studio air-con can feel a little cool
