Imagine if you could start feeling and being how you want to in life? How would your life be different? Often what’s in the way are limiting beliefs and maladaptive thought and behavioural patterns. Your breath is the master cleanser of the body and it can help shift these old patterns of being.
Research shows it deepens relaxation and amplifies the benefits far beyond breathing alone. Whether you seek emotional regulation, personal growth, or simply a moment to reconnect and recharge, these workshops offer a nurturing space to connect with like-minded women.

The session is gently paced to honour everyone’s needs, featuring an intention setting practice, the breathwork and a debrief.

For Women Feeling Irritated, Overwhelmed, or Just… Done
Do you feel stuck, lost, or “not yourself”- especially during peri or menopause? The truth is, it’s not just hormones… it’s emotional fullness. Years of carrying everything (and everyone) builds up until you’re exhausted, reactive, or constantly annoyed. In this workshop, you’ll discover why your system feels overloaded, where the emotional build-up came from, and how to start releasing it safely. Through breathwork and emotional regulation tools, you’ll lighten the load and reconnect with who you truly are underneath it all. -
Healing the imprint of an emotionally unavailable mother
If you grew up with an emotionally unavailable, shut-down, or reactive mum, chances are you learned to feel everything. Maybe you’ve been called “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or “too much.” This workshop helps you understand why you feel so deeply - and why it’s not a flaw but a strength. We’ll explore the empathic daughter wound, how it shapes your adult life, and how to reclaim sensitivity as your intuitive superpower. A space for women who feel a lot… and want to use that for good. -
Uncovering Your Core Beliefs + Plant New Ones
We all have a “personal lie” quietly shaping how we show up—I’m not enough, I’m unlovable, I’m too much. In this workshop, you’ll gently uncover the belief running (and ruining) your life and learn how it formed. Through reflection and breathwork we’ll help you rewire a new, empowering belief into your nervous system - one you choose. This is the ultimate reset your inner world has been craving. -
A Deeply Somatic Breathwork Experience
Your body remembers everything - long after the mind forgets. Pain, anxiety, illness and emotional overwhelm are the body’s way of asking for attention. In this workshop, we explore what “true safety” feels like in your nervous system and body and how to create it. Using breath and gentle release practices, you’ll move stored stress and emotional residue so your body can finally exhale and start to feel safe.

Why Breathwork?
We all breathe, yet how we breathe is vastly different. Everyone has a different breathing pattern that reflects the experiences they have lived through, because emotions are linked to the breath. The unconsciously altered breath allows you to survive, but it does not allow you to thrive. The main task of breathwork is to help people re-discover who they are underneath all their learned behaviours.
Breathwork is deep psyche work using both the subconscious realm and body memories to process and shift the conditioning and stored emotional stress we have experienced through our whole lives. Most present-day issues, and ill health, have their roots in the past.
Through activating the body’s natural healing process, breathwork can heal emotional wounds, shift old beliefs and habits and lower stress and anxiety. Once the past is cleared, people return to their own vitality and life force energy and feel more joy and happiness in life.

Our 3-hour Breathing Workshops will be held on Fridays through out the year in the Vera studio.
Cost: $120 per person
Breathing Circle dates are subject to change. Places are limited to 10 spots.
