With a trauma-informed approach we will explore in-depth themes and use conscious connected breathing to help you release stress, process emotions, and promote healing.

Breathwork is a profoundly transformative experience of the body and mind to release stress, process old emotions and reconnect to yourself in a deeply nourishing way so you can start living life in the way you imagined.
The session is gently paced to honour everyone’s needs, featuring an intention setting practice, the breathwork and a debrief.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are and experience the strength of shared breath in a safe and empowering space.

For Women Feeling Irritated, Overwhelmed, or Just… Done
Do you feel stuck, lost, or “not yourself”- especially during peri or menopause? The truth is, it’s not just hormones… it’s emotional fullness. Years of carrying everything (and everyone) builds up until you’re exhausted, reactive, or constantly annoyed. In this workshop, you’ll discover why your system feels overloaded, where the emotional build-up came from, and how to start releasing it safely. Through breathwork and emotional regulation tools, you’ll lighten the load and reconnect with who you truly are underneath it all. -
Uncovering Your Core Beliefs + Plant New Ones
Most of us are living our lives through beliefs we didn’t consciously choose. In breathwork we call these your "personal lie".
These lies that we have made up about ourselves are usually:
I’m not enough. I’m unlovable. I’m too much. I'm not valuable.These don’t just sit in the background—they run our lives. They shape how we show up in relationships, at work, what we tolerate, the opportunities we avoid, and how we speak to ourselves.
The challenge is that these beliefs live in the unconscious mind and nervous system, influencing our decisions and reactions without us realising. As Carl Jung famously said:
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
In this workshop we’ll bring those hidden beliefs into the light.
Through guided reflection and breathwork, you’ll uncover the core belief that has been behind your choices and experiences. Once the pattern becomes visible, it loses its power—and real change becomes possible.
Together we’ll begin to rewire in a new belief—one that supports your worth, your voice and the life you want to create. Using breathwork and embodied practices, this new belief isn’t just something you think about… it’s something you begin to feel and integrate at the level of your nervous system.
When you change the belief running your inner world, everything in your outer world shifts.

Healing the imprint of an emotionally unavailable mother
If you grew up with an emotionally unavailable, shut-down, or reactive mum, chances are you learned to feel everything. Maybe you’ve been called “too sensitive,” “too emotional,” or “too much.” This workshop helps you understand why you feel so deeply - and why it’s not a flaw but a strength. We’ll explore the empathic daughter wound, how it shapes your adult life, and how to reclaim sensitivity as your intuitive superpower. A space for women who feel a lot… and want to use that for good. -
Your body remembers everything — long after the mind forgets. Experiences that were overwhelming, stressful or emotionally painful don’t disappear; they are held in the nervous system and reflected on the breath.
Research in trauma neuroscience shows that chronic stress can leave the nervous system in a state of high alert. Instead of returning easily to regulation, the system stays on guard. This can look like persistent anxiety, difficulty relaxing or sleeping, emotional reactivity, fatigue, physical tightness, or the feeling that your body never fully switches off.
In this workshop we explore what true safety in the body actually feels like — not as an idea, but as a lived experience in your nervous system. Through guided breathwork and gentle somatic practices, you’ll move out stored stress and emotional residue so your system can return to rest.
This process allows the body’s natural healing intelligence to do what it has been wanting to do all along. Many people describe the experience as their body finally being able to exhale — something that can feel supportive as we move into the busy festive season, when stress and emotional demands increase.
You’ll leave the workshop feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a greater sense of space and regulation in your nervous system — along with simple tools to help you reconnect to safety in your body whenever you need it.

We all breathe, yet how we breathe is vastly different. Everyone has a different breathing pattern that reflects the experiences they have lived through, because emotions are linked to the breath. The unconsciously altered breath allows you to survive, but it does not allow you to thrive. The main task of breathwork is to help people re-discover who they are underneath all their learned behaviours.
Breathwork is deep psyche work using both the subconscious realm and body memories to process and shift the conditioning and stored emotional stress we have experienced through our whole lives. Most present-day issues, and ill health, have their roots in the past.
Through activating the body’s natural healing process, breathwork can heal emotional wounds, shift old beliefs and habits and lower stress and anxiety. Once the past is cleared, people return to their own vitality and life force energy and feel more joy and happiness in life.
