Take a pause at our Breathing Circle with Alisa Craig in a safe and supportive space where we come together to reconnect, restore and breathe.
Alisa is our Breathwork Therapist & Emotional Healing Specialist at Vera Wellness.
In this small women’s circle, breathing together creates a powerful sense of connection and collective healing.
What’s included:
Introduction: Breathwork and the conscious connected breathing technique
Brief topic talk: Varied from emotional mastery, nervous system health, inner child healing, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, limiting beliefs, forgiveness and boundaries and more…
Intention Setting: Guided practice to create a specific intention for how you would prefer life to feel and be

60-Minute Breathwork Practice: Gentle and restorative conscious connected breathwork
Integration and debrief: Time to properly integrate with a debrief and journaling session to anchor your insights
Morning tea: Share a cuppa and delicious snacks and connect to the team *completely optional
What to bring & wear:
Portable Mattress (inflatable or folding camping style) – please bring one along as it is important that the body is very comfortable so full relaxation can occur. If you don't have one, please bring along extra blankets to lay over a yoga mat.

Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move freely in and bring a long-sleeved top, as the studio air-con can feel a little cool
The session is gently paced to honour everyone’s needs, featuring an intention setting practice, the breathwork and a debrief. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are and experience the strength of shared breath in a safe and empowering space.
