Our September Yoga with Paula will be an immersive seasonal retreat to move, breathe, and manifest. Join us as we awaken inner magic through yoga, intention setting, and grounding rituals.

This soulful experience evokes a sense of ceremony, renewal, and inner transformation, all while staying grounded in the powerful practices of yoga and manifestation ✨🌸

Together, we’ll release the old, realign with our inner wisdom, and plant fresh intentions for the season ahead. Come home to yourself - and to the magic that lives within.

The Details

You don’t need yoga experience to attend this workshop. This is a time to unwind and feel the benefits of time in nature, among the Samford Valley mountains and Vera’s magical forest.

Our Sacred Spring: Awaken the Magic retreat includes:

• Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

• Relaxation & Meditation

• Oracle Cards

• Journaling

• Women’s Circle

• Nourishing Lunch

What to bring & wear:

• Yoga Mat (we will also have some mats available)

• Water Bottle

• Journal

• Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move freely in and bring a long-sleeved top, as the studio air-con can feel a little cool
