Join Paula Hindle, our holistic physiotherapist, integrative health coach and yoga instructor for 90 minutes of yoga, relaxation and meditation in Vera’s beautiful yoga studio.
Yoga Workshop - The Details
You don’t need yoga experience to attend this workshop. This is a time to unwind and feel the benefits of time in nature, among the Samford Valley mountains and Vera’s magical forest.

What to bring & wear:
Yoga Mat (we will also have some mats available)

Please wear clothes that feel comfortable to move freely in and bring a long-sleeved top, as the studio air-con can feel a little cool
